Automatic Dam Level Controller is an interesting project. It is combination of mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering. This project needed very accurate and reliable system because its failure can lead to risk. In this project, we are used water level sensor generally floating magnet sensor. This sensor detects the current level of the dam. Microcontroller is checking status of these sensors, every second. If level is increases to risk level, it automatically starts motor to open the outlet to minimize the level of the dam and vice-versa. This is a very nice major project.
