ATmega32 and ATmega32L detail Datasheet (8 bit processor, AVR family microcontroller)

This datasheet is common for microcontroller ATmega32 and ATmega32L. Difference between ATmega32and ATmega32L is only that ATmega is operated on (4.5 - 5.5)V supply voltage and ATmega32L is opertaed on (2.7 - 5.5)V. And due to low voltage operation of ATmega32L, its maximum speed grade is 8Mhz on ther other hand ATmega32 has 16Mhz maximum speed grade
