To make potato cheela, first wash the potato and cut it into a waxed wax. Wash this potato and drain it well and keep it aside. After some time add cumin powder, salt, turmeric, black pepper and gram flour with a little flour. Leave it like this for a while. So that all the masala gets set well.Now put onion, gram flour, green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger paste in another vessel. Keep this mixture aside. Now mix all the utensils and mix them together. So that cheela can be made easily. Heat ghee in a pan. Put potato mixture in this pan. When it is cooked from one side, then turn and bake it from the other side. Keep in mind that cook it on medium heat. So that it does not remain raw.
