Only install 32 bit (x86) version JRE java software.
If window ask you for upgrade to 64bit version, just un-check or deny it to install and you keep installing 32 bit (x86) version
After installation is completed. For windows 7 go to control panel > and select "view by : small icons" and then right click on "Java" and then click on "Open". For windows 10, press window button from keyboad and search "java" and on search results right click on "Java" and then click on "Open"
