steps of getting confirm ticket even there is no seat available
Login to irctc website or app
check seat availability at your source railway station to destination station
if there is no seat available in step 2, then change your source destination station to neibhouring stations. Many times, seat is available in neigbouring station, this is because some seats are reserved for particular stations.
Now, click on "book" link proceed your ticket booking.
