Disadvantages of bed-tea:
1. Drinking bed-tea in the morning affects the body. This can cause nausea, and you may feel nervous.
2. It is believed that drinking black tea reduces weight. But black tea forms gas in the stomach, and you don't feel hungry. Because of this, weight goes down.
3. By drinking bed-tea, the body cannot absorb iron and it causes iron deficiency. If you have iron deficiency or anemia, then do not take bed-tea.
4. It increases the risk of cavities. As the bacteria grow, there is a risk of developing inflammation and gum disease.
5. Bed-tea increases acid levels in the stomach. This leads to problems of acidity and the digestive system gets worse.
