The growing infection of the corona virus is becoming a cause of concern for the whole world. In many countries around the world, there was an attempt to control it due to the lockdown. In a study published in the journal Proceedings of the Royal Society, it has been claimed that the Corona infection does not have to be stressed again, so strict precautions have to be taken. The study notes that just applying lockdown cannot prevent the corona virus from re-asserting itself.

This study states that if a large number of people use masks, the rate of infection can be effectively reduced. It states that home-made low-impact masks may also prove useful.

Richard Stutfrom, a researcher at the UK-based University of Cambridge, said that our analysis supports that people use masks immediately and globally.

Researchers assessed the situation by linking the corona transition to a population-level model. According to researchers, the rate of infecting an infected person is less than one. This means that if an infected person does not spread the infection to more than one person, the situation can be brought under control.

The study found that instead of using masks after symptoms, the infection rate could be reduced by up to 50 per cent if the masks were used at the public level without showing symptoms. This may prevent a second wave of possible corona in the coming days.
