Microsoft has earlier partnered with NSDC to provide digital skills to one lakh youth in the country and the latest announcement is an extension of this initiative. The company said that the new initiative will focus on increasing participation of qualified women in the workforce of rural communities.
There will be a live training session under this program. This program is designed keeping in mind those who have lost jobs in the Corona era. Along with this, information will also be given about the manner of changing work in the office after Corona.
This training will be done through Microsoft Community Training Platform (MCT). Those taking training will also get access to the content on the MCT platform. Job training will be given under this program, especially in the IT sector.
