Raj Kundra will be punished for making a porn film, may have to go to jail..

Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra was arrested on Monday for pornography. This arrest did not happen suddenly, in fact, in February, a case was registered against him for creating and broadcasting such content. If any person is found doing any such act in the country of India, then a case is registered against him under sections of IT Act and IPC. After which the court pronounces the judgment and punishment is given to him.

The arrest of Raj Kundra shows that now porn is taking the form of an industry in our country. The world porn industry is worth more than $100 billion. There is no porn industry in India, but despite this, movies are watched illegally.

If a person is proved to be a criminal in the case of pornography in India, then along with the IT Act, sections of IPC are also imposed on him. We have also amended the IT Act so that the person who commits such a crime can be punished severely.
