Telegram CEO Pavel Durov has said that for the last 7 years the company has been protecting the privacy of users and even before that the download of Telegram has seen an increase. But this time it is quite different.
The CEO of Telegram, while taunting his Rival app WhatsApp, has said, 'People no longer want to exchange their privacy for free service. People don't even want to be slaves of Tech Monopoly'
Pavel Durov has said that Telegram, like other apps, has neither shareholders nor advertisers, and Telegram does not report any advertiser. The company does not deal with government agencies nor with marketers.
