Some of Tamraj's custom-made body parts include a tank top cover, small fenders, front suspension cover, belly pan, and leather seats. At the front, the original headlight has been replaced with a slimmer circular LED headlight set-up. The handle-bar is an aftermarket unit and the front suspension forks are provided with customized covers with fork garter. The rear subframe has been shortened and modified and a single seat has been installed in it. Also, the rear-fender is almost non-existent and features a mini circular sharp LED tail light.
Design
Apart from all this, the most significant update to this modified Interceptor 650 is its wide 5-inch (127 mm) tube-type tire mounted on 16-inch spoke wheels. In addition, Tamraj has a custom free-flow exhaust system. This motorcycle is completely painted in black, but it has chrome header pipe which would have created contrast. The twin-pod instrument panel found on the bike has also been completely removed.
The engine
There has been no change in the engine of this motorcycle. It gets a 648 cc parallel-twin liquid-cooled engine that generates 47 PS of power and 52 Nm of torque. This engine gets a 6-speed manual gearbox.
cost
Talking about the price of this modified bike, Neev Motorcycles takes 1.90 lakh rupees to convert an Interceptor 650 motorcycle to Tamraj. While the process of modifying the Interceptor 650 to make Tamraj takes about 2 to 3 months.
