UPSC Prelims Exam 2020 Date: Commission releases new calendar..

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC- UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) has released the date of Civil Services Preliminary examinations. Every year, the commission conducts several examinations for the recruits, for which the commission also issues a calendar. Let us know that a new calendar has been released for the exams to be held in 2020. Earlier these dates were scheduled to be released on 20 May but could not be done due to some reason.
According to the new calendar released by UPSC, UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exam will be held on October 4, 2020

Main information related to Civil Services Preliminary Examination -
Significantly, earlier the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination was postponed due to the lockdown issued due to Corona virus.
Let us know that every year about 10 lakh candidates register for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination.
The examination is conducted in 2,500 centers and around 1.6 lakh officers are gathered for its examination.
The lockdown is currently underway to prevent the corona epidemic in the country. Many competitive examinations postponed due to lockdown.
