Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday reviewed the steps to curb the epidemic in areas where a large number of cases are coming up. In a review meeting with senior ministers and officials, Prime Minister Modi discussed raising the Kovid-19 test as well as increasing the number of beds and services needed to effectively handle the increasing number of daily cases.
According to the Prime Minister's Office, in the meeting, the Prime Minister interacted with Home Minister Amit Shah, Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan with his Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretary, Health Secretary and Director General of ICMR on all aspects related to the virus. In the meeting, the estimates for the next two months, investigations on the increase in daily affairs and number of beds in hospitals were also discussed. Two-thirds of Corona cases are in the same states and cities for which the government is going to make a different strategy.
