Ingridients-

• Besan 2 cup
• Ghee half cup 
• Boora or tagar half cup
• 1 cup pisi elaichi half spoon
• Chopped cashews and pista half spoon  

Method-

• In medium flame put kadhai on gas.
• In a kadhai ,add 7-8 tbsp ghee.
• And add besan.
• Stir -fry ever medium flame.
• Roast the besan till light golden brown colour, It takes about 30 minutes.
• Add more ghee if you want and continue roasting the besan for some more 10 minutes.
• Now sprinkel 1 tbsp water and it will make the laddoos delicious .
• Mix it well and switch of the heat
• Remove besan in a plate ,leave the mixture to cool completely and add cardomom powder
• Add half cup boora or powder sugar , you will get best taste in besan laddoo with boora which is easli available in market.
• Now mix well by rubbing it with your open palm 
• Now add more boora mix it well 
• Add 2 tbsp ghee (optional)
• Shape into tight, hard balls ,pressig hard at very stage..
• Shape each one into a neat rounded and make all the laddoo this  way.
