3. Sugar - 800 grams (four cups)
4. Green cardamom - 4
5. Lemon juice - two lemons

How to make apple jam
Method:

• First of all, wash and dry the apple thoroughly and peel it.
• After this, remove the apple seeds and cut the pulp into small pieces.
• Now put the pieces of apple and water in a deep fried vessel and cover and keep it to boil.
• When it comes to a boil, reduce the gas to low flame and let it boil till the apple pieces become soft.
• After the apple pieces are soft, mash the apple well with the mashing spoon.
• After mashing, add sugar to the apple and mix well with a spoon.
• Let the jam cook and if you need to mace, you can mace the jam right now.
• Stir the jam briefly with a spoon so that it does not freeze in the bottom.
• Turn off the gas after cooking.
• When the apple jam cools down, fill it in a glass jar.
• After cooling the jam with a spoon, it should be folded after falling and should not flow. If this is happening then understand that your apple jam is ready.
• Place the jam on the plate, if a circle of water is forming around it, it means that the jam is not completely ready yet.
