According to a report published in the European Heart Journal, sleeping more not only increases the risk of heart related diseases but also increases the chances of premature death.
According to the research, people have been found to have "heart attack and stroke" due to consumption of alcohol, smoking, wrong physical activity and more than 8 hours of sleep, based on their food, daily routine and their bedtime etc. The risk is greatly increased. People of different ages from several countries were included in this research. Therefore, it is very important for the person to follow a correct routine to stay healthy and avoid serious diseases.
For good health, it is necessary for a person to get enough sleep, but sleeping excessively promotes many diseases. Due to which the probability of death of a person including heart disease also increases up to 41 percent. Due to which the risk of premature death increases. Therefore, your sleeping and waking habits should be corrected. Due to over sleeping our entire routine gets affected, due to which we are unable to follow a healthy routine. As a result, our health starts to suffer.
