There is a relief news for the students of Lucknow University trapped in the confusion of whether or not there is an exam. The university administration has postponed its proposed exam from July 7 for the time being. The reason for this is stated by the state government to be reconsidered in connection with the examination. The next decision on the exam will be made only after the guidelines are released by the government. Lucknow University had announced the exam date after a letter issued on 19 June by the Chief Secretary. Protests started all around after the university issued an order to start the exam from July 7. Teachers and students are all opposed to having the exam done during the Corona transition. On this, a social media campaign was launched from the road. The state government had asked the committee of four vice chancellors to give suggestions on conducting the examination in view of the situation of infection. The committee has given its report. It is believed that instead of exams, everyone will be given the benefit of mass promotion, but so far the government has not issued any order on this matter. The order in this regard was to be issued by the government on July 2, but at present no guidelines have been issued. In view of this, Lavi decided to postpone his examination. In the absence of this, teachers and students were all in a dilemma. Laviv has overcome this dilemma by postponing the examination. Now the university will take the next decision only after the governance guidelines. Lucknow University spokesperson Dr. Durgesh Srivastava says that the government is rethinking the exam. Therefore, the proposed examination is being postponed from July 7. Any decision will be taken only after getting directions from the government.
